From research evidence, the problem of healthcare delivery had a clear shape: navigation is about decision making, and the methods to optimize it already exist. From clinical practice, the same problem looked different, with far greater consequences. People failing to find the right care, not from lack of trying, but from lack of guided navigation of a messy landscape.
